Ethics and Good Governance

The Ethics Channel is the tool made available by Sabbia By Gabbeach to both its employees and members of its stakeholder groups, enabling them to easily and quickly report concerns regarding improper conduct, whether actual or suspected, as well as to submit queries on how to interpret the Code of Ethics and other related internal regulations. The Ethics Channel is an essential element for the proper development of Sabbia By Gabbeach’s activities.

All communications submitted through the Ethics Channel will be managed by the Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Department, guaranteeing their objectivity and independence at all times. All communications will be treated in strict confidence, and anonymous communications may also be submitted.

Please note that the Ethics Channel is not a customer service channel for handling complaints. It is a channel created to report conduct that may constitute a breach of the Code of Ethics and, by extension, of the applicable legal system, or to submit queries on how the principles and values contained in the Code of Ethics should be applied.
